5 minutes for preparation, 10 minutes for competition, and 5 minutes for clearing.

➂ With the above equipment, you will brew 450cc coffee in the specified time.

➃Equipment that can be brought in are drip pot, thermometer, timer, and spoon for stirring.

➄ 5 judges will select Grand Prize, Second Prize (Shield, Certificate, and  Luxury Gift for winners）,  Third Prize (Certificate and Gift). And all participants recieve participant awards.
